I Dont Have the Option to Upload Cover Video on Facebook
Did Facebook remove the video banner/ video encompass pick? I cannot encounter videos played on concern pages nor practice I have the pick to upload videos. There is no info online about such.
Howdy all, I've noticed that video banners are no longer working on my Facebook pages nor practise I run into video banners playing on other pages. Was the option removed? I'm curious because I cannot discover any news online about such changes. My other thought is if information technology was a region based change, as I am in the Caribbean right now.

I'k in the states and I noticed last week that the videos weren't working. In fact, the video option is no longer in that location. And like you I can't find any info nearly information technology anywhere either! We made encompass imprint videos for all our clients and now in the banner embrace space its just a poor paradigm from the video. So, is facebook doing anything about it to gear up the event? I can't believe there is no support or data about this.

Chiming in from the Netherlands: the video banner on my page has also been converted to a static epitome.
In that location's no longer any option to upload/change video banners, simply I accept found the original header video is still "up" in i album or another.
I already despise Facebook for their business concern practices and general lack of user feedback (especially over here), simply just not communicating anything about this, feels especially scummy.

Yes they removed..All existed videos volition be changed with an image which is taken from the video.. its funny to encounter some embrace pics now equally an image is taken from somewhere from the video

I looked into this with Facebook support they said 'unfortunately this feature is no longer bachelor for new videos'. Kinda foreign so asked for farther explanation and got this 'To inform you, the feature for uploading new videos is no longer working for facebook pages. However, you tin make an existing video on the Page that hasn't been used in an Ad a comprehend video for the Page'.
We were using an existing video though, so they said information technology might be a pocket-sized technical glitch and accept forwarded to the internal team for a manual review.

Interesting. With the new layouts I'd think the platform is now more efficient. Yet cannot upload new cover videos. Smh. There is still no pick of using an old video on my terminate.
